Direction for Use: 

Take 8 to 10 drops (1/3 of the pipette) and keep under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes. We recommend you to take the oil before bed to get the sleep benefits and let your nervous and muscular system relax overnight.

You can also use it this way upon waking to benefit from homeostatic effects.

1 bottle of 10 mL providing a once-per-day dosing corresponds to 35 uses.

Misuse of Product: 

If you swallow the product directly without keeping it under your tongue, you might not feel the benefits.

Similarly, using this product mixed with coffee or any diet that involves swallowing it without letting it soak into the sublingual system will likely prove to be ineffective (unlike some sellers recommend).
